The fund provides a line of investment proposals for the acquisition of assets of fast-growing companies and high-tech startups. Our team analyzes in detail all the actively growing market sectors, which include the sector of artificial intelligence, high technology, biotechnology, food production technologies, advertising technologies, agricultural technologies, the B2B sector and much more.

The investment structure of the company is regulated by the AIFM directive. The fund is registered with the CNB (Czech National Bank), ICO number: 08241473. The fund meets all the requirements of MiFID, OECD and FATF.

n order to purchase this or that asset, you need to select the company of interest through the "Investments" section, familiarize yourself and discuss the terms of the transaction with a personal manager, go through the KYC procedure, sign an agreement and transfer funds.

KYC (Know-Your-Customer) – this is a set of client verification procedures, which also includes the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedure - the procedure for filling out an application for taking measures to counter money laundering.

The KYC filling procedure takes place in three stages:
- Fill out a questionnaire of a qualified investor;
- Fill out a questionnaire for taking measures to counter the legalization of income;
- Sign a contract with the company.

Minimum investment amount EUR 50,000. This condition is due to the need to comply with the regulations of the Czech National Bank regarding the assignment or availability of the status of a qualified investor.

When concluding a contract with a company, you fill out a special questionnaire based on the results of which you are assigned the status of a Qualified Investor.

It is possible to lock in profit and withdraw from the transaction after the company chosen by you as an investment asset conducts the next round of financing, enters the public market or conducts a merger and acquisition transaction. In order to start the transaction completion procedure, you need to contact your personal manager.

The funds are deposited using a bank transfer.

The funds are credited to the bank account of the company opened in Prague Raiffeisen Bank.

The funds are withdrawn to your bank account specified in the agreement.
In order to change the withdrawal details, you need to make an appeal to the e-mail address [email protected] indicating the details of your other bank account.

The withdrawal request is processed within 3 business days. Upon completion of the application processing procedure, the funds are sent to the personal bank account opened by you within 3-5 business banking days.
